A good real estate agent guides you through the buying and selling process. A great agent offers you compassion, a sense of community, and the kind of grit and tenacity you would give your own family. Jill Leeman is a great agent. Originally from Melrose and now serving Melrose, Wakefield, Reading, Winchester, North Reading, and Andover, Jill brings strong hometown pride and a deep love for the area to every deal she makes.
Jill’s hardworking nature certainly got a workout at the beginning of her career. From a real estate family, Jill began working with buyers 20 years ago, and if there was nothing available on the market, she would hit the ground running anyway, knocking on doors to find the perfect place for her clients. It’s a time and trait she remembers fondly and brings that same determination to each and every client she works with today. A former commercial Realtor®, Jill is thrilled to work with families again, a calling she feels is a perfect match for her nurturing personality. Jill has received numerous awards for being a high-producing agent, and the Wall Street Journal recently featured Leeman & Gately as one of the nation’s top firms.
Described by clients as passionate, reliable, and always available, Jill’s unique ability to consistently think outside the box garners her an appreciative clientele. The relationship with her clients is Jill’s favorite part of her job, and she cherishes the connections she makes guiding people through the potentially stressful process of buying and selling. A deal is never just a deal for Jill – a deal is the person behind it, the family looking for their dream home, the new friend ready to buy for the first time. Jill’s approach is more than client-focused – it’s turning those clients into family and learning how she can best support them in their real estate journey. She is proud of what she and Lorraine have built together and credits the business’s clients with the support and loyalty necessary for success.
Jill brings her high energy and enthusiasm into family life, as well. A mother of four, she is the vice president of the PTO, a soccer coach, and works closely with the local food pantry to connect kids with volunteering. Family is everything to Jill, and her favorite moments are those she spends with her husband and daughters.
